The NailWise app is designed for students and instructors at nail schools. The app provides access to courses, project submissions, feedback, and progress tracking.
Terms of Use
To use the app you must be a registered student or instructor at a nail school using NailWise. You agree to:
- Use the app respectfully towards other users
- Not upload inappropriate or illegal content
- Not share your login credentials with others
Content and Copyright
Tutorial videos and learning materials available through the app are the property of the respective nail school and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
Student submissions (photos and videos of nail sets) are the property of the respective student.
Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty. NailWise is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or other indirect damages that may result from use of the app.
Privacy
Handling of personal information follows our privacy policy. Please read it carefully.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. Upon account deletion, all your data will be removed from our system. You can also request account deletion via our account deletion page.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published in the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
